De l'a\u00e9rospatiale \u00e0 l'instrumentation m\u00e9dicale de haute pr\u00e9cision, les industries o\u00f9 la d\u00e9faillance n'est pas une option s'appuient sur la technologie des scell\u00e9s verre-m\u00e9tal pour prot\u00e9ger les assemblages critiques contre l'humidit\u00e9, la pression et les temp\u00e9ratures extr\u00eames.<br><br>Chez Vac-Tron, apr\u00e8s des ann\u00e9es d'ing\u00e9nierie de solutions herm\u00e9tiques personnalis\u00e9es, nous savons que GTMS offre ce qu'aucun scellant polym\u00e8re, \u00e9poxy ou m\u00e9canique ne peut\u00a0: une liaison herm\u00e9tique inorganique et permanente avec des taux de fuite quasi nuls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu'est-ce qu'un joint verre-m\u00e9tal (GTMS) ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un joint verre-m\u00e9tal (GTM) est un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d'ing\u00e9nierie avanc\u00e9 dans lequel un verre sp\u00e9cialement formul\u00e9 est fusionn\u00e9 directement \u00e0 un bo\u00eetier m\u00e9tallique et \u00e0 un ou plusieurs conducteurs, cr\u00e9ant une liaison herm\u00e9tique permanente au niveau mol\u00e9culaire. Contrairement aux joints organiques \u2014 tels que les \u00e9poxy ou les joints polym\u00e8res \u2014 les GTM ne se d\u00e9gradent pas avec le temps, ne permettent pas la perm\u00e9ation de gaz et conservent leurs propri\u00e9t\u00e9s lors de cycles thermiques s\u00e9v\u00e8res et d'exposition aux radiations.<br><br>La cl\u00e9 d'un joint GTMS fiable est <strong>dilatation thermique concordante<\/strong>: les alliages verre-m\u00e9tal (typiquement Kovar, Alliage 42 ou acier inoxydable) doivent se dilater et se contracter \u00e0 des vitesses compatibles. Lorsqu'ils sont correctement con\u00e7us, les assemblages herm\u00e9tiques atteignent des taux de fuite d'h\u00e9lium inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 <strong>1 \u00d7 10\u207b\u2079 mbar\u00b7L\/s<\/strong> \u2014 la r\u00e9f\u00e9rence en mati\u00e8re de v\u00e9ritable performance herm\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi les ing\u00e9nieurs choisissent la technologie de scellement verre-m\u00e9tal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les ing\u00e9nieurs sp\u00e9cifient les scellages verre-m\u00e9tal lorsque aucune autre m\u00e9thode d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 ne satisfait aux exigences de performance. V\u00e9rifi\u00e9 par des tests d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 par spectrom\u00e8tre de masse, les taux de fuite d'h\u00e9lium sont syst\u00e9matiquement inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 <strong>1 \u00d7 10\u207b\u2079 mbar\u00b7L\/s<\/strong> \u2014 d\u00e9passant de loin les exigences de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dscc.dla.mil\/Programs\/MilSpec\/ListDocs.aspx?BasicDoc=MIL-STD-883\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">MIL-STD-883<\/a> et normes de d\u00e9fense \u00e9quivalentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>R\u00e9sistance aux conditions extr\u00eames<\/strong><br>Les assemblages GTMS fonctionnent avec succ\u00e8s dans des plages de temp\u00e9rature allant de -200\u00b0C \u00e0 plus de +450\u00b0C, supportant des pressions allant jusqu'\u00e0 50 000 psi.
